RSVP and Logistics Platform — IT Fórum 2023

For Travel Plus Turismo, we developed a complete digital platform for RSVP and logistics management for IT Mídia's CEOs and guests at the IT Fórum 2023 events.

Organizing guest confirmations and information can be a challenge, especially when several people from the same organization work simultaneously on spreadsheets and off-line files. To solve this problem, we develop RSVP and Logistics systems for our clients.

For the Trancoso and Salvador editions of IT Mídia's IT Fórum 2023, we developed the admin platform for Travel Plus Turismo.

Below, see what the solution made possible for the agency and for participants:

RSVP: After receiving the invitation to the event, users confirmed their attendance on our platform and sent their own and their companions' personal information to the organizers.

1. Confirmation of personal data and companion data

2. Choice between the accommodation assigned to their profile or upgrades

3. Definition of transportation to the event, including options and required information

4. Addition of extra services, such as transfers, additional companions or joining the charter flight.

All confirmations and additional requests were centralized and managed through our admin panel, eliminating spreadsheets and offline controls.

Beyond simplifying the agency's entire logistics operation, the real-time dashboard delivered strategic indicators such as:

Occupancy rate per hotel;

Guest confirmation rate;

Volume of additional revenue generated directly by the platform.

The result was far more efficient participant management, with full visibility of the event at every stage of the operation.
