Check-in and RSVP — Einstein "Agita 70"
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, the "Agita 70 que é!" campaign — led by agency The Group — brought the celebration to 6 events in 3 different cities, gathering more than 35,000 guests among staff, physicians and hospital partners.
The challenge was to securely authenticate every guest (by CPF, CRM or e-mail), allow colleagues to swap dates whenever more than one date was available, and guarantee fast, queue-free check-in even with high simultaneous arrival volume in each city.
In partnership with Yazo, Notiva built its own RSVP and check-in platform: guests confirm attendance and receive a unique QR Code by e-mail; on event day, showing the code is enough for check-in, validated in under 1 second through the mobile app. Behind the scenes, an admin panel (Helpdesk) and a real-time dashboard give the organizing team full control over confirmations and check-ins.
The result: real scale, no lines and no bottlenecks, with a mobile flow fully integrated across RSVP, QR Code and check-in — repeated at each of the campaign's 6 dates.
