Mission

Web development, video production and visual communication — since day one

Long before today’s four service lines — Web Design, Content, Events and Marketing — Notiva was already built on three pillars: web development (websites, landing pages, platforms and apps), video production (filming, scripting, editing and post-production) and visual communication (logos, identities and stationery). Those three pillars are what allowed us, over the following decade, to build the custom systems, games and interactive experiences that are now part of the everyday work of event agencies across Brazil.

Over these ten years we have worked with dozens of event, communication and marketing agencies — from MCI Brasil to Yazo, from Spice Eventos to Conecta Eventos — as the technical partner delivering the technology behind their projects for clients such as AWS, Aon, Einstein, AIG and Hyundai Mobis. Fully remote, with no physical office: we work with any agency in Brazil.

Where the name comes from

The idea behind Notiva

“We are night owls. Welcome to Notiva.”

The name comes from the idea of nightlife — from the Portuguese *notívago*, someone who works and creates while everyone else rests. Our visual identity is inspired by the moon: a quiet, constant presence that lights up the work of whoever is behind the scenes — exactly the role we play alongside the agencies we serve.

It is not about being in the spotlight: it is about always being there, supporting another brand’s project, another agency’s project, with the same dedication as if our own name were on it.

2015

Founded

The company is registered and issues its first invoice for a delivered project. Officially, the beginning of a dream.

2020

Acceleration

The pandemic digitised the events market. Notiva was ready to serve brands and agencies.

2023

Going international

Our remote working model faced its toughest test yet: running Brazil and Canada at the same time.
