RSVP - Attendance Confirmation Platform - Banco Pan
Organizing guest confirmations and information can be a challenge, especially when several people from the same organization work simultaneously on spreadsheets and off-line files. To solve this problem, we develop RSVP and Logistics systems for our clients.
For Banco Pan's Encontro de Consignados 2021 event, we developed the event's RSVP platform, where the agency M2Worldwide and the client could:

Users received the invitation to the event and, on our platform, confirmed their attendance and sent their personal information (transportation, T-shirt, desired activities) to the organizers.
1. Only registered users could confirm their attendance, by validating their CPF.
2. After validating their CPF (for guests), users had to submit their personal information, their preferences for the event activities and their preferred mode of transportation.
3. After logging in, users could access all the event information (agenda, activities, event photos).
