Automatic Certificate Platform — Takeda
We developed an automated Certificate platform for Takeda to simplify post-event operations.
For each new event, we add a new certificate to the system.
All information is filled in automatically.
At the end of each event, users open the certificate link, enter only their email or CPF and download the certificate with all their data already filled in.
In the admin panel, the organizers monitor every download and user list.

Challenge
Issuing and sending certificates after an event can be a bottleneck in the operation.
The mission is always to send the certificates within a short window.
Solution
We developed a platform for issuing post-event certificates.
Users log in, enter their email and download the certificate digitally filled in with all their information, already in the event's correct visual identity.
Result
Operational ease for Takeda projects, with a single hub for issuing certificates for all of the company's events.
Reports on downloads and certificate issuance rate.
A list of who issued their certificate, with date and time.
