At Convenção BBI 2024, we delivered a custom event API solution, connecting the Notiva platform directly to the Yazo app. The goal was to ensure a smooth, secure and segmented registration journey for three distinct audiences at the event: partners, sponsors and offices.

To do that, we built a lightweight, responsive web tool with forms customized by category, access parameterized by CPF and full integration with the Yazo ecosystem, from registration to data syncing with the app.

For 5 years Notiva has been an approved supplier and partner of Yazo, the largest event app developer in Latin America.

We develop custom projects such as: API builds, integrations, online games and Web solutions (RSVP, Match Making, Logistics).

Authentication via CPF (with or without formatting) Each participant accesses an exclusive link already parameterized with their CPF. On entering the platform, the form matching their category loads automatically, avoiding confusion or incorrect entries.

Intuitive and secure admin The platform has a complete administrative environment where you can import or export mailing lists, register contacts manually and add new administrators — including the client and the people running the event.

Smart split by category We created three customized form experiences, one for each target audience: sponsors, offices and partners. This split is present both in the user interface and in the platform's admin panel.

Standardized data import The bulk import system accepts pre-modeled spreadsheets, making it easier to manage participant databases with no risk of breaking required fields.

API integration with the Yazo CMS Once the forms are filled in on the Notiva platform, the data is available in real time for queries through a secure API. Yazo can pull the data back via an authenticated REST endpoint, cross-referencing it with the app's registration and unlocking features based on the “form completed” status.
