Organizing RSVP and guest information can be challenging, especially when multiple people within the same organization are working simultaneously on spreadsheets and offline files. To solve this problem, we have developed RSVP and logistics systems for our clients.

For Banco Pan's Encontro de Consignados 2021 event, we developed the event's RSVP platform where the M2Worldwide agency and the client were able to:

• Validate event guests using their CPFs.
• Collect all personal information from confirmed applicants.
• Organize the transfer of participants based on the information received.
• Size the audience (confirmation list), activities and purchase of gifts.
• Centralize all communication in one place (website).

Users received an invitation to the event and confirmed their presence on our platform and sent their personal information (transportation, t-shirt, desired activities) to the organization.

2. After validating the CPF (for guests), users should send their personal information, their preferences for the event activities and desired mode of transportation.
