At the BBI 2024 Convention, we delivered a tailored API solution for events, connecting the Notiva platform directly to the app. YazoThe goal was to ensure a smooth, secure, and targeted registration process for three distinct audiences at the event: members, sponsors, and law firms.
To achieve this, we developed a responsive and lightweight web tool, with custom forms by category, parameterized access by CPF and full integration with the Yazo ecosystem, from registration to data synchronization with the app.

For 5 years, Notiva has been an approved supplier and partner of Yazo, the largest developer of event apps in Latin America.

Authentication via CPF (with or without formatting)
Each participant accesses a unique link already configured with their CPF. Upon entering the platform, the form corresponding to their category loads automatically, avoiding confusion or incorrect filling.
Intuitive and secure admin
The platform features a comprehensive administrative environment where you can import or export mailings, manually register contacts, and add new administrators—including the client and those responsible for event operations.
Standardized data import
The mass import system accepts pre-modeled spreadsheets, facilitating the management of participant databases, without the risk of breaking mandatory fields.
API integration with Yazo CMS
After completing the forms on the Notiva platform, the data is available in real time for consultation via Secure APIYazo can retrieve the data through an authenticated REST endpoint, cross-referencing the information with the app's registration and enabling functionality based on the "form completed" status.
